Performance Film Reair FAQ
HOW LONG IS THE FILM?
The performance film is around 85 minutes long.
WHEN WILL I GET THE LINK TO WATCH THE REAIR?
Previous ticket holders should have received the link to access the reair. If this is not the case please check your Spam folders or contact stream@mogwai.co.uk.
If you missed the show at the weekend you can buy a ticket to access the reair with a link sent to your email address upon purchase. Please note tickets to access the reair will be available until Thursday 25th February at 1:00pm (GMT)
When you receive the link it’s a good idea to check you can view the webpage where it will be hosted on your device before the reair starts. If you have any other questions please contact customer support stream@mogwai.co.uk
WHAT TIME WILL THE REAIR START?
The reair will begin Thursday 18 Feb at 8pm (GMT) and will be available on demand for 7 days until Thursday 25th February at 11:59pm (GMT).
WHAT IF THE REAIR LINK DOESN’T WORK?
First of all, please check your internet connection. If that is fine, try clearing your cache, and ensure that your internet browser allows pop-up windows to automatically open. If problems persist, we suggest you try a different internet browser and if you still have issues contact stream@mogwai.co.uk
NOTHING IS HAPPENING, ALL I CAN SEE IS A HOLDING PAGE?
The reair will not start until Thursday 18 Feb at 8pm (GMT) and a stream will be pushed to the event page at this time. Assuming you have tried to view the stream before it airs, then please sit tight and the film will appear shortly.
CAN I PAUSE OR REWIND THE STREAM?
The reair will be available from Thursday 18 Feb at 8pm (GMT) and you can watch on demand at any time for 7 days until Thursday 25th February at 11:59pm (GMT).
WHAT PLATFORM WILL IT BE SHOWN ON? CAN I WATCH/CAST TO MY TV?
The reair will be broadcast via Youtube and available to cast to smart TV’s, Chromecasts, NowTV and other compatible casting devices via your laptop or mobile device via compatible browsers.
